Historic Note:

Bro.John Wilson, Chief of Eastern Railway provided a special train from London to Kelvedon for the installation of Bro. Moss. Whether the train carrying the celebrating mason back to a platform at Liverpool Street or into a siding is not clear but legend suggests the latter. There were two Initiates in the year and two joining members one of whom was Col.R.Dalgetey CB who was A PPSGW from Natal.
