Historic Note:
The new Master had already served the office in another lodge. It was the time of the Great Depression but the lodge was still able to send a donation to the Royal Masonic Hospital. In June. The Master welcomed the District Grand Master of Natal. The year was marked by many donations of artefacts for the Salter Room. There was only one initiate and one joining member in the year.
