Historic Note:

The year saw three initiations. Throughout the 1950s the Lodge of Instruction met regularly on the third Tuesday of each month. A regular annual Festive Board was introduce for the LoI and in later years ladies were invited. This meant that ceremonies before the dinner ceased and took place at regular lodge meetings.
