Historic Note:
He held a very senior position in Rhodesia as General Manager of Zambia Mining and Advisor to the President Kuanda. He retired to the UK and joined Easterford but did not wish to stand in the way of younger members so never became Master. He was ready to stand in at any office and was organist from 1996-1998. He was Treasurer of the Building Funs where he raised some £50,000.
